fawnkit stared at stonepaw, before raising her eyes to the sky.
"i wish i was an apprentice already"

Fawnkit saw Lilystream staring, and gently padded over to where she was sitting.
"could you be my mentor?"

Fawnkit looked at him, her eyes misting over.
"i hope so" she whispered"i hope so". fawnkit started to walk over to the nursery

Fawnkit looked over her shoulder. "stonepaw!" she shouted

"thanks for sharing the fish with me, im glad to know that when i become an apprentice i will have a friend"

Breezewhisker seems really nice fawnpaw thought, "do you think we could start training?"

fawnpaw looked around sunningrocks, the soft breeze rumpling her fur. as she bent her head, a silvery fish caught her eye.without thought, fawnpaw struck the salmon, killing it instantly.

"thankyou" fawnpaw said blushing"it was just instinct, i saw the fish and knew i should catch it!"

"tomorrow could we do battle training with stonepaw and his mentor?"
